1. Who we are

Rep Range ("we") provides an online poker training tool at reprangepoker.com, run by a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: reprangepoker@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account. Rep Range is an educational training tool. It does not offer real-money play, gambling or prizes.

3. Your account

Keep your login details secure. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that are shared, resold or used to copy or scrape content.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your account page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments are processed by our payment provider, which may act as the seller of record and handle VAT.

5. Content

All ranges, drills, text and software are owned by Rep Range and licensed to you for personal training use only. Don't copy, redistribute or resell them.

6. No guarantees

Training improves decision-making but we can't guarantee results at the table. Poker involves risk; play responsibly and within your means. If gambling is causing you problems, contact GamCare (0808 8020 133).

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms and will notify members of material changes by email or in the app.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
